8. Complaints concerning mechanical damage to the shipment must be reported to the courier at the time of receipt. A condition for accepting this type of complaint is the submission of a damage report prepared by the courier. Checking the condition of the shipment upon receipt is a necessary condition for considering any Customer claims arising from damage to the shipment during transport.

1. YEDA Kupcy Bławatni sells factory-new products free from physical and legal defects.
2. In special cases, the Store may offer defective goods - in such a case, information about the existing defect (e.g. soiling) or damage is included in the product description. If the Customer orders goods with a specified defect, it is not possible to accept a complaint on the basis of that defect.
3. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding goods purchased via the online store on the basis of statutory warranty for defects or non-conformity of the goods with the agreement.
4. To avoid doubt, it is stated that none of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limits the Consumer's rights under the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular those arising from the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).
5. If, after receiving the goods, the Customer finds defects or non-conformity of the goods with the agreement, the Customer is entitled to exchange or return the goods.
6. In the event of any complaints, the Customer should contact YEDA Kupcy Bławatni by telephone, by letter, by e-mail (reklamacje@yeda.pl) or in person.
7. The basis for initiating the complaint procedure is the purchase document (VAT invoice, receipt) that the Customer receives together with the delivery of the order.
8. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods or goods non-conforming to the agreement shall be exchanged for other, full-value goods, and if this is no longer possible (for example due to stock depletion), the Store shall refund to the Customer the equivalent of the product price or offer other goods available in the Store.
VIII. RETURNS
1. If a Customer concluding a sales agreement via the online store is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code, the Customer may withdraw from the concluded agreement without giving reasons by informing YEDA Kupcy Bławatni of this in writing or electronically within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement or e-mail to YEDA Kupcy Bławatni before the expiry of the indicated period. The purchased goods should be returned no later than within 14 days from the date of sending information on withdrawal from the agreement.
2. YEDA Kupcy Bławatni states that in the case of retail sale of certain products from the Store's offer that are prepared individually to the Customer's order, in particular according to the Customer's specifications or in order to meet the Customer's individual needs, the right of withdrawal from the agreement does not apply.
This applies in particular to personalised products, products made or assembled to the Customer's individual order, such as, among others, decorations with an individual print, inscription, name, date, graphic, dedication, personalised banners, signs, toppers, garlands, labels, stickers, printed balloons, invitations, place cards, tags, decorative elements prepared according to parameters selected by the Customer, as well as products cut, modified or prepared to a specified size.
The above products constitute an individualised performance referred to in Article 38 point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. In the case of fulfilling such orders, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement, and goods made or prepared individually to order are not returnable.
3. The goods should be packed in the original packaging, which is an integral part of the item. Goods returned by the Consumer should be packed in an appropriate manner ensuring that no damage occurs during transport. Goods should be returned to the address of the registered office of YEDA Kupcy Bławatni: ul. Kwiatkowskiego 8a, 52-407 Wrocław.
4. In order to process the return efficiently, the Customer should attach to the returned goods data enabling identification of the order, in particular the order number, full name and contact details. If the payment refund is to be made to a bank account, the Customer should indicate the account number to which the refund is to be made.
5. The equivalent of the price paid by the Customer for the returned goods shall be transferred by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Customer.
6. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Customer bears the costs of returning the goods (shipment).
IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid or ineffective in the manner provided for by law, this shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions. In place of an invalid provision, a rule shall apply that is closest to the objectives of the invalid provision and of these Terms and Conditions as a whole.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the legal provisions in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
3. Any disputes arising between YEDA Kupcy Bławatni and a Customer who is a Consumer shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of special laws.
